Global Liberty Digital LLC ("One Peak Life", "we", "us") runs getonepeaklife.com and the One Peak Life online store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Our store runs on Shopify.

What we collect

• What you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, ring size, messages you send us, survey answers, reviews and photos you submit, and giveaway entries (including mail-in details such as date of birth).
• Order details: what you bought, when, and how much you paid. Card payments are handled by our payment processors; we don't see or store full card numbers.
• Automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, and how you found us, collected with cookies, pixels and similar tools (see "Cookies and advertising").
• From partners: if you enter through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) lead form, Meta sends us the details you entered there.
• Ring and app data: the free companion app for the ring is made by a third party and runs under its own privacy policy, which you can read before you install it. We don't receive your sleep data. [Lane 2: confirm. If we do receive any app data, this section must change before launch.]

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, including cancellations, returns and warranty claims.
• To run the giveaway under its Official Rules (eligibility, drawing, contacting winners).
• To send marketing emails, and texts if you opted in to texts (see "Email and text messages").
• To show you relevant ads and measure how our ads perform.
• To improve our store, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run parts of our business for us: Shopify (store and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, HighLevel (LeadConnector) (email and text messages), Judge.me (product reviews), Microsoft Clarity (site analytics), and our customer support tools.
• Advertising partners: Meta and TikTok, through their pixels and our ad accounts, to show and measure ads. This may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. See "Your choices".
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
• If our business is sold or merged, as part of that transaction.

We don't sell your personal information for money.

Email and text messages

• Email: when you join our list or enter the giveaway online, we send you marketing emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Texts: we only text you if you checked our text-message box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Full terms: getonepeaklife.com/pages/sms-terms.
• We never sell or share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep your cart working, understand how the site is used, and show and measure ads. You can turn off non-essential cookies in our cookie banner [lane 3: Shopify Customer Privacy banner on], block cookies in your browser, and use your device's ad settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of targeted advertising where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or "sharing". To use any of these rights, email [email protected] or use getonepeaklife.com/pages/privacy-request. We'll verify your request and reply within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

Children. Our store isn't for children under 13, and the giveaway is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How long we keep it. As long as we need it for the purposes above: order records for [7] years for tax and accounting, giveaway records for 3 years, marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes. We'll post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date.
