Terms of Service

Who we are. These terms are between you and Global Liberty Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("One Peak Life", "we", "us").

Who can buy. You must be 18 or older and have a US shipping address.

Pre-orders. Some products, including the One Peak Life Ring, are sold on pre-order. You're charged when you order. You can cancel any time before your ring ships for a full refund. The expected ship time is shown on the product page (currently December 2026). If we can't ship in that time, we'll tell you before it passes and offer a full refund (see our Shipping policy).

Prices and offers. Prices are in US dollars. Promotions (for example a free gift with purchase or a pair saving) apply only during the dates stated in the offer and can't be combined unless the offer says so. If a price or offer is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

General wellness only. The One Peak Life Ring and app are general wellness products. They are not medical devices and don't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.

Reviews and content you send us. If you post a review, photo or comment, you give us permission to show it on our store and social channels with your first name and last initial. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning. Don't post anything false, unlawful or someone else's private information.

Giveaways. Each giveaway has its own Official Rules, which apply instead of these terms where they differ.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
