Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OR OLDER (19 IN ALABAMA AND NEBRASKA, 21 IN MISSISSIPPI).

1. Sponsor.

1.1 Global Liberty Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Sponsor"), doing business as One Peak Life. 1.2 Questions: [email protected].

2. Promotion Period.

2.1 The One Peak Life Launch Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on November 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 20, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). 2.2 Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility.

3.1 Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. 3.2 Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico and in all U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. 3.3 Employees, officers, members and contractors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers, and their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter. 4.1 Online: during the Promotion Period, complete and submit the entry form with your first name and a valid email address at:

a One Peak Life lead form on Facebook or Instagram.

By entering online, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not affect your entry. 4.2 Mail-in (free alternative method of entry): hand-print your first and last name, email address, mailing address, date of birth and (optional) phone number on a 3" x 5" card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to: One Peak Life Launch Giveaway, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. 4.3 Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address for the whole Promotion Period, whatever the method. Additional entries are void. 4.4 Entries made by automated means, scripts, bots, bulk or third-party entry services, fake or temporary email addresses, or on someone else's behalf are void. 4.5 Sponsor does not accept entries by comment, tag, share, follow or any other social media action. 4.6 Text messages are optional and separate. Consenting to receive texts is not required to enter and does not affect the odds. 4.7 Entries that are incomplete, late, illegible, lost, misdirected or not received for any reason are void.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 17, 2026 and received by November 20, 2026.
One card per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted.
Mail-in entrants are not added to Sponsor's marketing list unless they write "Yes, email me" on the card.
Mail-in and online entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV").

5.1 One (1) Grand Prize: 5.2 Four (4) First Prizes: one (1) One Peak Life Ring smart ring with a sizing kit (ARV $219 each). 5.3 Total ARV of all prizes: $1,392 [or $1,314 with no masks] (must stay at or under $5,000). [Attorney: confirm the ARVs against the live shop prices on the day the rules publish: ring $219 since Nov 8, mask $39 planned.] 5.4 ARV is Sponsor's regular selling price at the time these rules are published. Any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded. 5.5 Prize alternative: 5.6 Ring color and size are subject to availability. Prizes ship to a street address in the 50 U.S. or D.C. only. Sponsor does not promise a ship date for ring prizes. Ring prizes ship within 30 days after Sponsor confirms in writing to the winner that the ring can ship. 5.7 No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution by winners, except as stated in these rules. 5.8 Prizes are awarded "as is" with the standard One Peak Life product warranty only. 5.9 Prize products are general wellness products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. 5.10 Taxes: all federal, state and local taxes are the winner's responsibility. A winner of prizes totaling $600 or more in ARV must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

Total Grand Prize ARV: $516. [If no branded mask: delete the masks line; Grand Prize ARV $438.]
Ring prizes are subject to Sponsor being able to lawfully award and deliver them. If Sponsor has not confirmed in writing to a winner by January 31, 2027 that their ring prize will ship, or earlier decides that it can't lawfully award or deliver it for any reason (including intellectual property clearance, import, regulatory or supply reasons), Sponsor will award a prepaid card or cash payment instead. Its value will be equal to or greater than the ARV of the affected ring(s), and it will be delivered within 30 days of that date or decision.
If a sleep mask is unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prepaid card or product of equal or greater value.
Total ARV of all prizes, including any alternative, stays at or under $5,000.

6. Drawing and Odds.

6.1 On or about November 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET, Sponsor (or its designee) will randomly select potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, in this order: 6.2 The drawing uses a random number generator and is witnessed by an independent person. 6.3 Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. 6.4 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 6.5 Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

7. Winner Notification and Verification.

7.1 Potential winners will be notified by email (and by phone, if a phone number was provided) on or about November 21, 2026. 7.2 Each potential winner must sign and return, by 5:00 p.m. ET on November 30, 2026:

an Affidavit of Eligibility;
a Liability Release; and
where lawful, a Publicity Release.

The Grand Prize winner must also return an IRS Form W-9. 7.3 A potential winner is disqualified and the prize forfeited, and an alternate may be selected, if any of these happens: 7.4 Alternates will be drawn on or about December 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET from the list of alternates, in order, and will have 5 days to return their documents. 7.5 If a winner is a minor in their state of residence (AL, NE, MS age rules), the prize is void.

the potential winner can't be reached within 3 days of the first attempt;
the documents aren't returned on time;
a prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or
the potential winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with these rules.

8. Publicity.

8.1 Except where prohibited, accepting a prize is permission for Sponsor to publish the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence on getonepeaklife.com and Sponsor's social media pages, without further compensation. 8.2 Any other publicity (photos, video, quotes) requires the winner's separate written consent and is not a condition of winning.

9. Early-Access Offer Is Separate.

9.1 Sponsor offers early access to its launch offer to everyone on its email list. Early access is not a prize, is not awarded by chance, and is available to all subscribers whether or not they entered this Sweepstakes. 9.2 Its terms are published separately at getonepeaklife.com/pages/early-access.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability.

10.1 By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, agencies and suppliers, and each of their officers, members, employees and agents, from any claims, losses or damages arising from: 10.2 Sponsor is not responsible for: 10.3 If the Sweepstakes can't run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, a virus or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it. In that case Sponsor may award prizes by random drawing from the eligible entries received up to that point. 10.4 Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine this Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages.

participating in this Sweepstakes; or
receiving, using or misusing any prize.
technical failures of any kind;
lost, late or misdirected entries or mail;
errors in these rules or in promotional materials;
unauthorized human intervention.

11. Social Media Platforms.

11.1 This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. 11.2 By entering, you completely release Meta (and TikTok) from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. 11.3 Questions go to Sponsor, not to the platform.

12. Privacy.

12.1 Personal information collected is used to administer this Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at getonepeaklife.com/policies/privacy-policy, including marketing emails as stated in section 4.1. 12.2 Text messages are sent only to entrants who separately agreed to receive them.

13. Disputes.

13.1 These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. 13.2

14. Winners List.

14.1 Winners' names (first name, last initial, state) will be posted at getonepeaklife.com/pages/giveaway for 60 days after verification. 14.2 For a written list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, "Winners List", to be received by January 31, 2027.
